From Pain to Power: A Mind–Body Transformation
FROM 120Kgs to 65Kgs
My weight loss and shoulder recovery journey was not easy.
But it taught me discipline, patience, and—most importantly—self-belief.
There was a time when I was overweight, low on energy, and struggling with constant shoulder pain. Even simple workouts felt intimidating.
Have you ever felt trapped in your own body, wanting change but fearing the pain or failure that might come with it?
Many times, quitting felt easier.
But then I asked myself:
If my mind can decide my limits, can it also decide my breakthrough?
That’s when I made a choice—I would not let my body control my life. I would control my body by first training my mind.
I didn’t chase extremes. I started with small, intentional steps:
- Correcting exercise form
- Using light weights and focusing on mobility
- Dedicated shoulder rehab and stretching
- Clean, balanced nutrition
- Rest, recovery, and consistency
What if progress wasn’t about doing more—but about doing the right things, consistently and consciously?
There were setbacks. Pain returned on some days. Progress felt slow.
But instead of asking “Why is this happening to me?”
I began asking “What is my body trying to teach me?”
Slowly, my shoulder became stronger and more stable. Pain reduced.
At the same time, body fat dropped and confidence rose.
What happens when discipline becomes a habit—and habits reshape identity?
This journey taught me that weight loss is never just physical.
It’s a mental transformation.
At Mind Body Loop, this is the core belief we live by:
When the mind aligns with the body, transformation becomes sustainable.
Fitness isn’t about shortcuts.
It’s about commitment, awareness, and guidance.
What if your body isn’t broken—just waiting for the right mindset and mentorship?
I am deeply grateful to Guru Sir, whose guidance, mindset, and motivation played a pivotal role in this journey. His approach doesn’t just train bodies—it rewires thinking.
And that’s the change Mind Body Loop exists to create.
Not just fitter bodies—but stronger, more resilient minds.
Are you ready to step into the loop and take control of your transformation?

From 82kg to 62kg – A Ripple Effect
True transformation is never a single moment.
It’s a ripple effect—one conscious choice that quietly expands until it reshapes every corner of your life.
My journey began at 82 kg.
At that time, I wasn’t just carrying extra weight—I was carrying fatigue, self-doubt, and a growing distance from the person I once felt like. More than weight loss, I was searching for a way to feel like myself again.
Through a focused commitment to the harmony between Mind, Body, and Lup, I transitioned to 62 kg.
But the 20 kg I lost was only half the story.
The real transformation was internal—the mindset I built, the discipline I developed, and the confidence I reclaimed along the way.
The Framework: Mind • Body • Lup
I don’t believe in shortcuts or surface-level change. Sustainable transformation requires depth, awareness, and alignment. That’s why my journey—and now my approach—is built on a powerful trinity.
Mind — The Foundation
Change begins here. By reshaping the way you think, speak to yourself, and respond to challenges, you build resilience, clarity, and emotional strength—the tools that make consistency possible.
Body — The Vessel
The body reflects what the mind commits to. Through intentional movement, correct form, mindful recovery, and conscious nourishment, the body gradually shifts—from struggle to strength, from heaviness to vitality.
Lup — The Heartbeat
Lup is the rhythm that connects mind and body.
It represents flow, awareness, and the continuous loop of growth—where learning, adapting, and realigning become a way of life rather than a phase.
From Struggle to Strength
I know what it feels like to be stuck at 82 kg—physically drained, mentally frustrated, and unsure where to begin.
And I know the freedom of arriving at 62 kg—lighter, stronger, and more connected to myself than ever before.
This journey taught me one powerful truth:
When the mind aligns, the body follows—and transformation sustains itself.
My mission is to show that this shift is possible for anyone willing to commit to the process. By aligning your Mind, honoring your Body, and embracing your Lup, you don’t just lose weight—you gain a new way of living.
“Transformation isn’t a destination; it’s a continuous Lup of becoming your best self.”

Finding Strength Within
A Journey at 60
Shedding pounds was never just about weight loss.
For me, it was about reclaiming energy—and discovering a renewed enthusiasm for life.
Before this journey began, I struggled with low energy, thyroid imbalance, and a slow metabolism. Each day felt heavier than it should. I often felt stuck, uncertain, and disconnected from the vitality I once knew.
Change didn’t come overnight. It came through small, conscious choices—made consistently and with care.
Today, I feel fitter, stronger, and more energetic.
My thyroid is under control, my body moves with greater ease, and I wake up ready to embrace each day rather than push through it.
This transformation has taught me invaluable lessons:
- Discipline to show up even on difficult days
- Patience to trust the process
- Self-love to honour my body at every stage of the journey
At 60, I’ve learned that fitness is not about age—it’s about intention.
It’s about listening to your body, respecting its pace, and believing that strength can be built at any stage of life.
This journey reminded me that the greatest transformation begins within.
